Sophie & Tim’s Winter Wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall
I love photographing winter weddings; the light is always flattering and even though summer is beautiful, autumn and winter are my favourite seasons! Sophie and Tim’s day at Old Marylebone Town Hall was a perfect London winter wedding. A little rain didn’t dampen the mood, in fact, it added a soft, romantic glow to the London streets!
First Look at The Landmark Hotel
We started the day at The Landmark Hotel for their first look. The early moments when a couple sees each other for the first time is so special. Sophie and Tim were full of smiles and nerves, and capturing that mix of excitement and calm is always my favourite part of the pre-ceremony.
Ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall
Old Marylebone Town Hall is one of those classic London venues that doesn’t need anything extra to look stunning and it's always going to be one of my favourite venues to photograph. The ceremony was intimate with only their closest family in attendance and it was such an emotional ceremony to photograph. The atmosphere was so lovely to be part of; as the light was fading outside it felt super cosy in the ceremony room.
Winter Wedding Vibes
Winter weddings bring a different kind of charm to a wedding; softer light, cosier details, and a palette that works beautifully with subtle luxury touches. Sophie and Tim’s florals and styling complemented the season perfectly, giving the day a quiet, sophisticated elegance without feeling overdone. I loved their outfits; so elegant and stylish!
