Hi, I'm Leah

My goal, ambition and cause is to show you how you love and how you were loved on your wedding day. I love seeing the interactions, traditions and details that make your relationship so unique and being able to provide you a timeless keepsake of your wedding day.

My Approach

I capture weddings as they naturally unfold, blending editorial style with timeless storytelling. My focus is on candid, genuine moments; I work in a reportage and documentary style, letting your day breathe naturally. My goal is to create an elegant, stylish record of your wedding, capturing the love, joy, and energy as it happens. I don’t manufacture moments - the beauty of your day lies in its authenticity. You’ll never feel like you’re performing for the camera; your wedding is about you and your story, experienced fully and celebrated naturally.

I’m relaxed and adaptable, fitting seamlessly with your plans while offering expertise and guidance where needed. Couples often comment on my calming presence and subtle direction, which allows them to enjoy the day without distraction. I love working with couples who share my passion for fashion and design, and while my approach is candid and effortless, I take time to create editorial portraits that feel intentional and beautifully composed. Every detail, from the grand moments to the smallest elements, is thoughtfully documented.

I photograph with both digital and analogue film cameras, and film brings a romantic, nostalgic quality to your images that enhances the timeless elegance of your wedding day.

My Experience

I’m a full-time wedding photographer with over ten years’ experience and a background in fashion photography. I hold a Photography MA and an Art History MA, which gives me a grounding in fine art and a research-led eye for architecture, helping me craft images that are timeless, considered, and beautifully composed. Before discovering weddings, I worked with clients across music, travel, fashion and sport, and I bring the same dedication and creative eye to every wedding, ensuring each story is captured completely and with care.

My work has been featured in leading magazines and online publications, including Vogue, Elle, Green Wedding Shoes, Martha Stewart Weddings, Rock My Wedding and Love My Dress.

I’ve photographed over 400 weddings, from multi-day international celebrations in Lake Como and elegant stately homes, to intimate, chic elopements at London town halls. I bring the same focus, artistry and calm guidance to every wedding, creating images that tell your story beautifully from start to finish.

FAQs

How do we book?

To secure the date I ask for a £500 deposit and an online contract to be signed.

How long until we receive our gallery?

I send a preview of a few images two days after your wedding. The full edited gallery will be with you in about 6-8 weeks.

Can we print the photos? Can we order an album?

I'm a huge believer in printing your wedding photos. Your photos don't deserve to sit on a computer or phone forever! Your photographs in the online gallery are high resolution and ready for printing so you can print them yourself or you can order prints via the gallery.

If you'd like an album, I have two options; a coffee table book and a lay flat luxury album with lots of cover options like velvet, linen and suede in a variety of colours. Get in touch with me to discuss further.

Do you recommend a second shooter?

Most of my weddings I photograph alone, but if you'd like both sides of the morning preparations covered and are getting ready in separate locations a second photographer is really useful. You can add this onto your package for £400.

Do you travel?

Yes! I love to travel and see new places. I've photographed weddings in Paris, Tuscany, Amsterdam, the Lake District, Scotland, Malaga and Corfu to name a few.

Can we have a chat?

Of course! It's really important to get to know each other. I'd love to hear all about your plans so feel free to get in touch and we can organise a phone/video call or a coffee in person if we're nearby.
